Observability and logging

Sentry

Set SENTRY_DSN in the environment to enable error reporting. In production, verify errors are arriving in Sentry after deploy.

Health checks

Use HEALTH_CHECK_TOKENS to protect /health/ and wire it into your uptime monitor.

Logging

Logging is configured in settings. You can adjust log levels with:

  • DJANGO_LOG_LEVEL
  • TRAK_LOG_LEVEL

Override the LOGGING dict in settings for more complex changes.
